We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Retrobit Gaming Console Elite Model Tutorial
Step 1: Unboxing and Charging
Unbox your Retrobit Gaming Console Elite Model and locate the included USB Type-C charging cable.
Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the console.
Plug the other end into a power source to charge the console. The LED indicator will light up to show it’s charging. A full charge typically takes around 2.5 hours.
Step 2: Powering On the Console
Press and hold the power button located on the top of the console for 3 seconds to turn it on.
The Retrobit Elite will boot up and display the main menu.
Step 3: Setting Up Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
Navigate to the settings menu using the D-pad.
Select “Wi-Fi” to connect to your wireless network. Enter your password if required.
To pair Bluetooth devices, select “Bluetooth” and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your headphones or controllers.
Step 4: Installing Games
Transfer game files to the Retrobit Elite by connecting it to your PC via the USB Type-C cable.
Copy your game files (in supported formats) to the appropriate folder on the console’s internal storage or microSD card.
Once the files are transferred, they will appear in the corresponding game menu (e.g., PSP, PS1).
Step 5: Playing Games
Select the gaming platform from the main menu (e.g., PSP, N64).
