Return and refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Chargebacks are not permitted and may result in legal investigation. To receive your refund, you must go through the return process for shipped products.

Please be aware that starting November 1, 2024, no refunds will be available for any orders due to the holiday rush and season.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  As of November 1, 2024, this option is only available for misplaced orders and damage goods.  Please contact customer support for more information.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, and we do not accept returns on sale items. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.

During the holiday season, from November 1 to January 1, we are unable to process returns on orders, as manufacturers ship and process products directly after purchase to manage the holiday rush. Additionally, any orders placed during this time cannot be canceled.

Due to high demand, all sales on sale items are final, and no returns will be accepted.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
