Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions: Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. We have a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Chargebacks are not permitted and may result in legal investigation. To receive your refund, you must go through the return process for shipped products.
Please be aware that starting November 1, 2024, no refunds will be available for any orders due to the holiday rush and season.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As of November 1, 2024, this option is only available for misplaced orders and damage goods. Please contact customer support for more information.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, and we do not accept returns on sale items. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.
During the holiday season, from November 1 to January 1, we are unable to process returns on orders, as manufacturers ship and process products directly after purchase to manage the holiday rush. Additionally, any orders placed during this time cannot be canceled.
Due to high demand, all sales on sale items are final, and no returns will be accepted.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

GameSir X2s Bluetooth Controller Tutorial
Step 1: Unboxing and Charging
- Unbox your GameSir X2s Bluetooth controller and locate the USB Type-C charging cable.
- Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the controller.
- Plug the other end into a power source to charge the controller. The LED indicator will light up to show it’s charging. A full charge typically takes around 2 hours.
Step 2: Powering On the Controller
- Press and hold the power button located on the controller for 2 seconds to turn it on. The LED indicator will start flashing, indicating that the controller is in pairing mode.
Step 3: Pairing with Your Smartphone
- On your smartphone, go to Settings > Bluetooth and ensure Bluetooth is turned on.
- Search for available devices, and select “GameSir X2s” from the list.
- Once paired, the LED indicator on the controller will turn solid, confirming a successful connection.
Step 4: Installing the GameSir App (Optional)
- For additional customization, download the GameSir App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
